Easter Catch-Up Super Post

Easter weekend started off with an egg hunt at church. We were running behind (shocking!) and I almost said forget it. I am so glad we went! We got there just in time for the egg hunt, which was divided by age group. Lila was on the preschool playground, but actually managed to focus on the task at hand. Once Jared showed her to pick up the eggs and put them in the basket, she was on a mission!

On Easter Sunday, we got up bright and early and gave Lila her basket. The Easter Bunny knows she likes Sesame St, so he loaded her down with books, SS plate and cup, and another SS toothbrush. Elmo is pretty popular around here, I must admit.

We bought a rainbow sprinkler toy that completely bombed.

It was a great idea, but would not stand up! Fortunately, all Lila cared about was the water.

We did our own mini egg hunt in the back yard. By this time, Lila was pretty much over it.
