Lila's Art

One of Lila's Christmas presents was the Melissa & Doug Easel (thanks Granna & Poppa!). She LOVES it and would draw all day if I would let her.

Yesterday, she created this masterpiece:

Please note the whimsical splashes of color. There is a hint of purple chalk to the left of his head, as well as a splash of pink toward the back.

Lila decorated her brother in less than one minute. I walked away briefly and came back to this. Beckett gazed at her adoringly the whole time. Since we have all washable markers and crayons (so they say), it wasn't a huge deal. I told Lila that we only color on paper, but I don't think she was very concerned. As she likes to remind us, she is "fun-knee"!
