Little Pig

You may remember my excitement with feeding Lila baby food. Let me tell you, it's no less exciting the second time. Perhaps that's because this little man is obsessed with food. He's been interested in our plates since he was born. He cries the instant we sit down at the table and constantly tries to grab our food. Jared and I could not wait to feed this baby! Unfortunately for Beckett, I am a worry wart and wanted to wait until he reached four months.

Four months came in December and we were all too happy to whip out the rice cereal. We set up the Bumbo and turned on the camera. Beckett waited patiently...

...and I think he was a little disappointed!

I can't say I blame him. That stuff is BLAND!

Beckett has a sophisticated palate and needs something with a little flavor! 

We kept at it and started mixing in fruits and veggies. He is now a pro and would eat all day if we would let him. Beckett can easily put away a bowl of cereal with half a container of baby food. We're already feeding him twice a day and are considering adding a breakfast feeding. He's only five and a half months! I'm going to have to start making his food so we can afford to feed this little (big) guy!
