Happy Father's Day!

Today is Jared's first Father's Day. He asked to spend the day at home, being lazy.  I cooked breakfast and we are now watching a movie with Lila napping between us. It's a pretty wonderful day.

I must brag on my hubby a little. He is such an amazing father. He's never really been around babies and children, yet he just knew what to do when Lila arrived. From day 1 (well, actually day 3 since she was in NICU), Jared has changed diapers, made bottles, wiped spit-up and everything else in between. He comes in each evening and takes over. He feeds Lila baby food and gives her a bath while I make dinner.  He always tells me that coming home to us is the highlight of his day.  Lila and I feel the same way!
